Centerra Crossings, is positioned near the Goodyear Airport, Cancer Treatment Center of America, Goodyear Ballpark and Spring Training Facility. It is located at the Southeast Corner of Van Buren & Estrella Parkway in Goodyear Arizona and is consisted of a 27 acre vacant parcel of land zoned for commercial and multi- family use encompassing seven parcels in total. Rukard Group has sold 17 acres of the multifamily zoned use to Nexmetro, whom has plans to build a 192 unit multifamily community. They also sold parcel two to Dignity Health Arizona, as they opened their freestanding emergency room, First Choice, which is positioned at the corner of the site, pad two. Rukard Group has commenced construction on parcel four, where they plan to build over 6000 SF of retail space consisting of three separate retail pads. They have successfully leased out one of the retail pads, nearly 1,800 SF to Dunkin Donuts.
