OUR STORY
Rukard Group, is a Los Angeles based full service commercial real estate firm, focused on infill development with an emphasis within the San Fernando Valley. The firm had begun their real estate journey in 2004 as a spec developer in Arizona. They grossly benefited from the lucrative real estate market their just prior to the 2008 global market crash. In 2008, the principals of Rukard Group, moved their investments to Los Angeles where they first started to develop luxury town-homes within Studio City. Now they develop building sizes ranging from 30 to 100 units all throughout the San Fernando Valley.
The firm’s investment criteria is targeted towards acquiring undervalued properties in progressive areas, with future re-development use. Since, Rukard Group has a broker’s license, they use their license as leverage to negotiate directly with sellers when pursuing off-market deals. Once the investment opportunity qualifies, private equity and investor funds are pooled in, while Rukard Group engages in the designing process. Rukard Group, prides itself in it’s tenacious bidding environment amongst contractors, assuring they attain the lowest construction costs.
Rukard Group, just doesn’t develop buildings, they inspire, create and deliver meaningful spaces within which people may accomplish their goals. Rukard Group holds an active California broker’s license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute of Los Angeles.
